Responsibilities​​&​​Challenges:

- Participates ​ ​ in ​ ​ installation, ​ ​ configuration ​ ​ and ​ ​ testing ​ ​ of ​ ​ payment ​ ​ software ​ ​ for ​ ​ all the ​ ​ Chinese ​ ​ stores

- Provides ​ ​ daily ​ ​ monitoring, ​ ​ ticket ​ ​ resolution ​ ​ as ​ ​ 1st ​ ​ level ​ ​ application ​ ​ support ​ ​ and responsible ​ ​ for ​ ​ ticket ​ ​ escalation

- Supports ​ ​ project ​ ​ manager ​ ​ on ​ ​ solution ​ ​ implementation, ​ ​ coordination ​ ​ and communication ​ ​ with ​ ​ other ​ ​ IT ​ ​ teams

- Work ​ ​ together ​ ​ with ​ ​ project ​ ​ manager ​ ​ to ​ ​ define, ​ ​ write ​ ​ down ​ ​ all ​ ​ the procedure/Knowledge ​ ​ tree/process

- Anticipate ​ ​ to ​ ​ improve ​ ​ our ​ ​ lab ​ ​ environment ​ ​ with ​ ​ a ​ ​ collaborative ​ ​ way

Skill​​Requirements:

- Major ​ ​ in ​ ​ Computer ​ ​ Science, ​ ​ Engineering, ​ ​ or ​ ​ related ​ ​ discipline ​ ​ with ​ ​ an ​ ​ IT ​ ​ focus ​ ​ is preferred

- Familiar ​ ​ with ​ ​ Database, ​ ​ SQL, ​ ​ Java, ​ ​ Office ​ ​ tools

- Capable ​ ​ to ​ ​ handle ​ ​ multiple ​ ​ task ​ ​ with ​ ​ demanding ​ ​ timeline, ​ ​ team ​ ​ & ​ ​ service

oriented ​ ​ and ​ ​ willing ​ ​ to ​ ​ share ​ ​ with ​ ​ Agile ​ ​ mindset

- Self-motivated, ​ ​ able ​ ​ to ​ ​ work ​ ​ independently ​ ​ with ​ ​ strong ​ ​ execution

- Good ​ ​ Communication ​ ​ skill, ​ ​ fluent ​ ​ oral ​ ​ and ​ ​ written ​ ​ English, ​ ​ French ​ ​ is ​ ​ a ​ ​ PLUS - At ​ ​ least ​ ​ 3 ​ ​ days/per ​ ​ week
