Abstract:
The aims of this study is to demonstrate the impact of knowledge
management on employees motivation,By examining the relationship between
the dimensions of knowledge management and motivation among employees, This study was carried out through an exploratory study through the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and distributing it to the study community which consists of 45 employees in the practical directorate of the Algerie Telecom in eloued, Forty-three questionnaires, equivalent to 95.55% of the number of questionnaires distributed, were retrieved. The analysis was carried out using the statistical analysis program spss 23.
One of the main findings of the study is that there is a weak and non-significant correlation between knowledge management and motivation among the employees of the institution in question, One of the most important recommendations of the study is the need to deepen the concept of knowledge of the employees of the Directorate of the practical communications of Algerie in eloued, because this concept is not rooted strongly in them.
