Rusémé du PFE : Impact de l'alimentation sur la

production laitière chez la vache

Résumé :

Cette étude a été menée dans la station ruminant de l'ITELV, portant sur l'impact de l'alimentation sur la production laitière. Il ressort de cette étude que le rendement laitier qui s'établit en moyenne à 13.5 litres/vache/jour est relativement faible comparativement à ce qui est obtenu par ces races dans leurs pays d'origine. Les fourrages n'occupent qu'une place limitée dans l'assolement annuel. De ce fait, l'alimentation des vaches est fortement tributaire des apports de concentrés. Ces résultats montrent les tendances actuelles de l'élevage bovin laitier en Algérie, basé essentiellement sur la conversion des concentrés en protéines animales à cause de la faiblesse des superficies réservées aux

cultures fourragères.

Abstract:

This study was conducted in the station ruminant The ITELV, on the impact of diet on milk production. It appears from this study that the milk yield has averaged A13.5 liters / cow / day is relatively low compared to what is obtained by these breeds in their countries of origin. Forages occupy only a limited place in the annual rotation. Therefore, feeding cows is heavily dependent on inputs of concentrates. These results show the current trends in dairy cattle breeding in Algeria, mainly based on the conversion of concentrated animal protein because of the weakness of the areas reserved for forage crops.
