Beninese candidates who hold baccalaureats and have passed the entrance competi tive examination organised by the Training branch, may be registered for the Cycle I course at the "Institut National d'Economie". Those Peninese candidates who hold the diploma of the Cycle I issued by the !1Institut National d'Economie" by the
■Ecole Nationals d'Administration and the "Complexe Polytechnique Universitaire"
nr of Hasters in Fconomics and have passed the prescribed entrance examination may bs admitted for specialisation in Cycle
II-The number of places reserved at the Cycle I and Cycle II depends on the needs or the State. Generally, foreign students are admitted into the "Institut National d'Economie" without passing the entrance examination but on a request supported by , their States of origin or organisations which a^rec to hear the cost of their
training. In any case, the number of places reserved for foreign students does
not exceed 10% of the total number of students at the '^Institut National d 'Economic except in the branches of subrepional nature, such as Computer Science branch.11 Fees
Fees are determined by the Academic authorities of the school. The fnes for
the 19B6-1987 academic year for all Cycles have been fixed at Frs. CFA 5/500 for
each Beninese student. Foreign students pay Frse CFA 130,000 a year andFrs. CFA 100,000 a vear for university work.
12 Fellowships
Beninese candidates who pass the entrance examination of the I.N.E. are auto
matically given study grants by the State. Foreign students are granted scholarshipr
