4.2.2 Un processus de mandatement coûteux et ne respectant pas les délais
O uso dos inibidores da enzima ciclooxigenase-2, em especial do Celecoxibe e Etoricoxibe em camundongos expostos ao LPS revelou melhora na maioria dos comportamentos preditivos de depressão e ansiedade, aliado a diminuição das espécies reativas de oxigênio, diminuição de citocinas pró-inflamatórias e aumento das defesas endógenas. Além disso, o Celecoxibe revelou ser uma potencial droga neuroprotetora, podendo sugerir o uso desses medicamentos como agentes coadjuvantes no tratamento de doenças neuropsiquiátricas que possuem suas bases fisiopatológicas na inflamação.
