Conditions d’évaluation financière

A l’issue de l’évaluation technique, les Offres financières des soumissionnaires qui n’ont pas été éliminées au cours de l’évaluation technique, seront évaluées financièrement.

Évaluation financière

L’évaluation de l’offre financière sera basée sur le montant corrigé de l’Offre du soumissionnaire. Elle consistera à l’analyse de la cohérence des prix ainsi que la vérification des calculs et de l’ensemble des prescriptions y relatives.

15. Attribution

Au terme des différentes délibérations, l’attribution se fera au soumissionnaire ayant présenté l’offre conforme, administrativement, techniquement et financièrement évaluée la moins disant.

16. Durée Validité des Offres

les soumissionnaires restent engagés par leurs offres pendant un délai de 90 (quatre-vingt-dix) jours à compter de la date de dépôt des offres.

1. Objet

Within government's policy of good governance and transparent management, the Director General of SOWEDA hereby intends to recruit the services of an independent auditor of established reputation to audit the accounts and financial statements of SOWEDA for the 2021 financial year. This tender follows the Request for Expression of Interest 001/REI/SOWEDA/22 of 15/02/2022.

2. Consistance des prestations

The nature of the tender shah consist in recruiting a COnSultancy firm to carry out the audit of the accounts and financial statements of SOWEDA for the 2022 financial year.

3. Cout Prévisionnel

The total estimated cost of the entire assignment stands at FCFA 5,000,000 (five million francs).

Each bidder shah have to include in his tender a standard bid form indicating costs exclusive of ail taxes and taxes included and execution deadlines.

12. Ouverture des Plis

The bids shall be opened in two phases. The administrative file and the technical offer shall be opened first followed by the opening of the financial offers of bidders who would have obtained the minimum required technical score.

The opening of the administrative documents and the technical offer shall take place on 27/04/2022 at 11 a.m. in the SOWEDA Conference Hall by the SOWEDA Internai Tenders Board. Only bidders can attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice.

The opening of financial offers shall take place at the end of technical evaluation and shah concern only bidders who must have obtained die minimum score of 70 points on 100.
