Concernant la modification des processus motivationnels explicites, la réhabilitation semble avoir un effet favorable sur certaines variables, mais

Synthèse

Les associations respectives entre les processus explicites et implicites,

d’une part, et les comportements, d’autre part, sont susceptibles de varier en

fonction de modérateurs comportementaux, situationnels et dispositionnels.

Certaines caractéristiques étant susceptibles d’évoluer chez des personnes

atteintes de maladies chroniques, il apparait pertinent de considérer cette catégorie

de modérateurs dans l’étude des associations motivation-comportement.

La sédentarité peut-être à la fois étudiée dans sa dimension

comportementale et motivationnelle. En effet, au regard de la littérature, il semble

intéressant d’étudier (i) les comportements sédentaires des participants à un

programme de réhabilitation, ainsi que (ii) le rôle de la motivation envers la

sédentarité dans la régulation de l’activité physique.

Concernant la modification des processus motivationnels explicites, la

réhabilitation semble avoir un effet favorable sur certaines variables, mais

inconsistant selon les programmes. Concernant la modification des processus

implicites, quelques études conduites dans le domaine de l’activité physique

confirment que ces variables peuvent être sensibles à une intervention spécifique.

Ces études sont néanmoins limitées par leur faible validité écologique. De plus, il

semble indispensable de s’intéresser aux propriétés test-retest des outils de mesure

implicites avant de développer un programme de recherche examinant la

modification de ces processus.
