Procedendo o trabalho realizado nesta pesquisa, sugere-se:

 Medidas de DRX in situ, em função do tempo de tratamento térmico;  Análise comparativa com método de síntese em uma etapa;

 A síntese em diferentes velocidades de rotação, verificando a influência da espessura nas propriedades do filme;

 A síntese com diferentes tempos e temperaturas de tratamento térmico;

 A síntese do material em ambiente controlado (glove box), avaliando a influência da umidade no processo de formação da perovskita;  Realizar uma análise aprofundada da influência do tratamento térmico

na taxa de evaporação do solvente DMF no filme de PbI2;

 Realizar um mapeamento bidimensional da superfície dos filmes por perfilometria, verificando a uniformidade dos filmes;

 Produção de dispositivos fotovoltaicos e fotodetectores;  A caracterização elétrica dos dispositivos fabricados.
