BASIC/CAPS
DESCRIPTION: BASIC/CAPS is a single user Dartmouth standard BASIC language processor utilized from DECassettes. It is an extension of BASIC-PTS including all BASIC/PTS features with chaining capability and standard DECassette file support.
SOFTWARE COMPONENTS: BASIC/CAPS language processor.
MINIMUM HARDWARE: PDP-11, BK memory, console terminal, and TA11 dual DECassette system.
PREREQUISITE SOFTWARE: CAPS-11 (QJ1BO).

BASIC/RT-11
DESCRIPTION: BASIC/RT-11 is a single-user Dartmouth standard BASIC language processor implemented as an incremental compiler and is an extension of BASIC/PTS and BASIC/CAPS. It includes all of the extended features of BASIC/PTS and BASIC/CAPS, as well as a direct access file capability.
SOFTWARE COMPONENTS: BASIC/RT-11 language processor.
MINIMUM HARDWARE: Any RT-11 system with BK of memory (16K of memory for strings support).
PREREQUISITE SOFTWARE: RT-11 (QJ003).
Ordering Information
This software is furnished under a license for use on a single CPU and can be copied and modified (with inclusion of DIGITAL's copyright notice) only for use on such CPU, except as may otherwise be provided in writing by DIGITAL.
Standard options with no support services are only available after the purchase of one supported license and after either an OEM Agreement or End-User Waiver of Support Agreement is in effect. When a software license is ordered without support services, the category of support applicable to such software is Category C.
Source and/or listing options are only available after the purchase of at least one supported binary license and after a source license agreement is in effect.

Users of BASIC/RT-11 whose license does not include free updates under warranty, whose warranty has expired, or whose Standard Binary Program Update Service has expired, may purchase the following. The update is distributed in source or binary form on the appropriate medium and includes no installation or other services unless specifically stated otherwise.

Update Policy
During the first year, Update Policy shall be in accordance with the Software Support Categories Addendum to this SPD. After the first year, updates, if any, will be made available according to then prevailing DIGITAL policies.

DESCRIPTION: BASIC/PTS is a single user Dartmouth standard BASIC language processor, implemented as an in-cremental compiler to provide exceptional execution speed while retaining the interactive nature of BASIC. Features include optional string capability and a "CALL" statement for easy interface of assembly language routines.
SOFTWARE COMPONENTS: BASIC/PTS language processor.
MINIMUM HARDWARE: PDP-11, 8K memory teletypewriter with paper tape I/O.
PREREQUISITE SOFTWARE: None.

DESCRIPTION: BASIC-11 Version 2.0 is a DEC standard BASIC implemented as an incremental interactive inter-preter and compatible with PDP-11 BASIC language processors for BASIC/PTS, BASIC/CAPS, and BASIC/RT-11.
Features include strings, chaining, overlay support, virtual memory (direct access) files, and a "CALL" statement for assembly language routine interfacing.
