On consid`ere ici un probl`eme propos´e par Mattei `a propos d’une action d’un groupe de Lie, qu’on transformera en une question sur l’alg`ebre de Lie. Pour simplifier, dans cette section, on consid`ere une alg`ebre de Lie unidimensionnelle. Le cas g´en´eral est ´etudi´e dans le chapitre 8. N´eanmoins, nous tenons `a souligner que le probl`eme propos´e par Mattei est toujours ouvert.
Soit M une vari´et´e analytique, N une sous-vari´et´e r´eguli`ere de M et X un champ de vecteurs analytique sur M . On dit qu’un triplet (M, N, X) satisfait la G-FB propri´et´e si: pour chaque point p dans N , il existe une paire (Up, δp), o`u Up est un voisinage ouvert de p et δp > 0 est un nombre r´eel positif, de sorte que l’orbite γq(t) du champ de vecteurs X passant par un point q dans (N ∩ Up)\ Sing(X) n’intersecte pas N pour 0 < ktk < δp. Le probl`eme est le suivant: ´Etant donn´e un triplet (M, N, X), ´etablir des crit`eres lo-caux en fonction de la sous-vari´et´e N et le champ de vecteurs X qui garantissent que la propri´et´e G− F B est satisfaite.
On peut conjecturer que la difficult´e du probl`eme r´eside dans les points de tangence entre la vari´et´e N et le champ de vecteurs X. On dit qu’un triplet (M, N, X) est
g´eom´etriquement quasi-traverse si, `a chaque point p dans N , nous avons l’´egalit´e:
dimKTpN + dimKX(p) = dimK(TpN + X(p))
o`u X(p) est le sous-espace de TpM engendr´e par X. On peux poser la question suivante:
Question: Est-ce que la quasi-transversalit´e g´eom´etrique implique la propri´et´e G-FB?
On r´epond `a cette question avec deux r´esultats:
Theorem 9.6.1. Si (M, N, X) est g´eom´etriquement quasi-transversal et l’une des conditions suivantes est remplie:
• la dimension de N est un; • la codimension de N est un;
• (M, N, X) est alg´ebriquement quasi-transversal (voir la d´efinition dans la section 8.1); alors la propri´et´e G− F B est satisfaite.
Remark 9.6.2. En particulier, si la dimension de M est inf´erieure ou ´egale `a 3, alors quasi-transversalit´e g´eom´etrique implique toujours la propri´et´e G-FB.
Theorem 9.6.3. Pour dimM ≥ 4, il existe un triplet (M, N, X) g´eom´etriquement quasi-transversal qui ne satisfait pas la propri´et´e G-FB.
