2. Analyse du rôle du dessin d’observation lors de son élaboration
• Propor melhorias nos padrões de gerenciamento de projetos mais reconhecidos no mercado, dando foco no desenvolvimento da Aprendizagem Organizacional;
• Identificar fatores que se constituem como barreiras no desenvolvimento da Aprendizagem Organizacional no âmbito de projetos;
• Identificar mecanismos que propiciam uma maior difusão dos conhecimentos adquiridos entre as equipes dos projetos das organizações.
