CAN YOU IDENTIFY THIS CONDITION?

A 43-year-old woman developed intensely itchy papules and vesicles on her elbows, knees, and buttocks. The lesions, which appeared to cluster in groups, were superficially ulcerated and slow to heal.

The most likely diagnosis is:

1. Scabies

2. Dermatitis herpetiformis 3. Adult atopic dermatitis 4. Neurotic excoriations
