Rescheduling : STEP BY STEP

1. Complete the Written Component – Rescheduling Form*, scan and email it to the Client Service Coordinator-Examinations (csc_exams@alliancept.org ).

IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are eligible to reschedule the exam date. Requirements that may affect your eligibility are:

• Internationally Educated Candidates (IEPTs) - check the date on your final credentialling letter to determine if you are eligible to reschedule. CAPR Will Grant Credentialling Period Extensions in Face of COVID-19 Response.

• If you are currently scheduled for a Written Component date that qualifies you for a specific Clinical Component date, you may have to reschedule your Clinical Component date accordingly.

2. Please move forward and reschedule immediately into your desired exam date and/or site and pay the appropriate rescheduling fee directly through Prometric.

3. You will receive an updated registration notice within 10 to 15 business days.

4. The rescheduling of your exam date or site is now complete.

IMPORTANT:

Rescheduling occurring less than three days before the exam must be completed directly through CAPR first. Prometric will not accommodate this request.

You cannot change your exam date to an exam if the application deadline for that exam has passed.

Changing your exam date may affect your application for a licence to practice. Contact your provincial or territorial regulator for more information.
