Concerto Développement, a subsidiary of Affine, just sold to the German Fund Commerz Real Spezialfondsgesellschaft a 62,000 sqm logistics platform in Mer (41) near Orléans. The platform, delivered and leased in October 2009 for 9 years to But international, corresponds to the first stage of the construction of the Portes des Chambord integrated development zone (ZAC). A second stage, which involves the construction of three buildings with a total surface area of 65,000 sqm, is planned and will be launched once marketing of the properties is completed. For this transaction, Colliers International was the adviser to the acquirer. The total deal amounted to €32.8m excluding transfer taxes, in accordance with the appraisal value at the end of 2009..
