La compétence de l’enseignant d’éducation physique et sportive et son impact sur la qualité du processus didactique au niveau du secondaire Résumé : Notre présente recherche a pour objectif d’identifier la compétence de l’enseignant d’éducation physique et sportive et son impact sur la qualité du processus didactique-ainsi, on s’est basé sur une hypothèse qui nous a fait dire que l’enseignant d’éducation physique et sportive a une compétence qui peut influer positivement sur la qualité du processus didactique, et pour répondre et éclaircir cette hypothèse, on s’est appuyé sur une méthodologie descriptive qui sert a une étude analytique sur un nombre de 210 enseignants d’éducation physique e t sportive représentant quelque wilayas de l’ouest de L’Algérie. le nombre globale d’enseignant était de 260 qui veut dire un pourcentage de 80,76%. Les enseignant ont été choisis d’une façon aléatoire .on les a fait subir une fiche questionnaire afin de pouvoir mesure leur compétence d’enseigner au niveau du secondaire. Cette fiche questionnaire comporte six axes : 1 – La compétence d’enseigner et les effets de motivation. 2 – La compétence de communication effective. 3 – La planification et l’élaboration des objectifs. 4 – La compétence Personnelle en gouvernance. 5 – La gestion et maitrise de la classe. 6 – La compétence d‘évaluation. Nous avons pu calculer la crédibilité et la stabilité du module en général et ca nous a donné un taux de ( 0.88 ) et ( 0.90 ). après avoir rassemblé tous les résultats. Ces statistiques ont été bien étudies du fait qu’ils nous on fait savoir qu’ils ya un manque chez l’enseignant d’éducation physique et sportive concernant la maitrise d’enseignement au niveau du secondaire notamment la compétence professionnelle en provision d‘une bonne qualité de processus didactique ainsi qu’une absence d’une mise a jour avec tout ce qui est nouveau dans le domaine de spécialité. De plus il ya un retard flagrant dans la compétence d’évaluation. Par conséquent, nous avons pu recommandé la nécessité d’acquérir une compétence désigner pour l’enseignant lui permettant d’accomplir ses taches professionnelles d’une façon qualitative de haut niveau. De plus il doit être à jour avec toutes nouvelles informations scientifiques reliées à son domaine et sa spécialité. The competency of the teacher of the physical and sportive education and its impact on the quality of the process of didactics at the secondary school level. Summary : our present research aims at identifying the competency of the teacher of physical and sportive education and its impact on the quality of the process of didactics – Thus we based on an hypothesis that has let us admit that the teacher of physical and sportive education has a competency which should influence positively his or her teaching. Hence to respond and clear up such a hypothesis, we used a descriptive methodology that has greatly served for an analytic study of a number of 210 teachers of physical and sportive education representing some wilayas of the west of Algeria. The total number had been 260 teachers . i.e. a rate of 80.76 % , Those teachers were chosen at random. They had been submitted to a questionnaire on purpose to measure their competency in teaching at the level of secondary school. The questionnaire was composed of six axis which are : 1 – The scientific competency and knowledge. 2 – The competency of teaching and the effects of motivation. 3 – The competency of effective communication. 4 – The planification and elaboration of objectives. 5 – The personal competency in governing and leading. 6 – the mastery of the management of the class room and the competency of evaluation. We have been able to calculate the credibility and the maintaining of the module as a whole. We came to notice a result of ( 0.88 ) and ( 0.90 ) as statistics that has been deeply analyzed. and that showed us that the teacher of physical and sportive education lacks many important facts such as : - the mastery of teaching mainly at the secondary school level -- A professional competency that is well qualified with a high standard process of didactics. – Not being up to date will all new scientific information in his or her field and so specialty . – Resides. There is a great late in the competency of evaluation. Consequently we did propose some recommendations such as : The necessity to acquire a competency of teaching. - That many enable the teacher to accomplish his or her professional duties easily and positively. – The teacher is obliged to be and stick up to date so that to take profit from any new information in his field and his specialty mainly that of scientific.
