Abstract :

The objective of this study is to identify the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and relationships among officials of the municipality of Ammi-Moussa, Relizane, and detect differences depending on education level, professional experience, and gender. The research was conducted on a sample of 162 male and female employees, and the data were statistically processed by SPSS using the following statistical methods: percentages, deviations, testing the significance of differences, analysis single and multiple variance, multiple regression analysis, the study concluded that there is an average degree of level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the sample studied, and no differences in the level of job satisfaction, based on professional experience, and gender, while there are differences depending on the level of education for the variable of organizational commitment in favor of the university. The study also indicated a weak correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, from the personal point of view in the municipalities of AmmiMoussa, Wilaya of Relizane.
