Commentaires :
Au cours de cette période inter épidémique peu de cas sont notifiés par les pays. Les cas de RDC méritent une attention particulière, en particulier leur confirmation par le laboratoire.
Comments:
During this inter epidemic period few cases are reported by countries. The number of cases in DRC needs a close follow up, particularly laboratory confirmation.

Le nombre de cas de méningite à la semaine 35 en 2006 est plus de deux fois supérieur à celui de 2005 (13024 cas).
Comments :
The number of meningitis cases in 2006 is more than twice as
much as those of 2005 (13024 cases). .
