Abstract

The starting point of this work is when the American President Barack Obama led democracy to take different directions. By the beginning of 2009, the American citizens thought that democracy meant only elections and had no right to interfere in the policies of their country. The objective of this study is to analyze two periods of Barack Obama and of Donald Trump, during which democracy has different interpretations. A number of the American citizens are not aware of this system and how it reflects their social life. Therefore, the aim of this study is to show the lies of democracy during the presidency of both Barack Obama and Donald Trump. In fact, the concept of democracy has a different meaning nowadays.

Introduction

Democracy is a system of government that bases its legitimacy on the participation of people. A number of countries are democratic while others pretend to be democratic on the international arena. The United States of America is considered one of those countries, whose political system has become ruled by large contributors, who through loopholes in the porous campaign laws hold the balance of power in elections and popular referenda. The political scene is damaged by those irresponsible elites who have an impact on the country. Therefore, a number of historians and politicians think that the idea of democracy has never been implemented before.

When Obama was elected, in January 2009, as the first African American President in the United States; the American people thought that things would be different during his rule. Unfortunately, the new President didn't do too much for the Americans; and as a result the union of this nation started to disappear. The policy of democracy wasn't executed with him. When Donald Trump assumed office in 2017, most Americans were afraid of his policy.

The research questions to be asked in this research paper are: To what extent is the United States democratic? Do Americans have voice in their country? Did Barack Obama and Donald Trump keep their promises? It is hypothesized that Barack Obama and Donald Trump are just tools used by hidden power to control social status of rich people.

This research work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter primarily deals with the notion of democracy, entomology, importance and democracy beyond the secret ballot. The second chapter, on the other hand, examines Barack Obama policy against the Americans and how democracy started to take different directions. Finally, the third chapter investigates and analyses the hidden lies of Donald Trump and how he interferes in the right of the American citizens, and more important to confirm that democracy has vanished in the United Stated of America.

Chapter One: Historical Background of Democracy in the United States of

America Before 2009

Introduction:

Democracy is a governmental system that bases its legitimacy on the participation of people, which means that they shape the important decision of their lives and the policies of the country. Therefore, I will not go further in talking about this system without mentioning its history and where the first time came? Is it the same democratic system that humans knew in that decay comparing to the new one? Finally how did it develop till now without any modulation in its nature?

Etymology of Democracy

When we talk about such an important aspect in the world, we must go back first to the origin of the word itself. Democracy showed up between 1525- 35; Middle French Democratic, It is composed of two words Demo and Cracy. Which signifies power to people. People have the right to choose their intuitions and the law regulations which govern them and their land (Weekly, 1952; Soanes and Stevenson, 2008; Harper 2014). So democracy simply means people possess power and responsibility in controlling the country.

Definition of Democracy as a Political Aspect

Democracy is a belief that focuses on the people and the individual, thus where people are the ones who decide about choosing their government members: the president and the parliament. In other words; democracy is the case when the government is ruled by the citizens, in which they have certain rights that cannot be taken away from them, rights that are internationally recognized and guaranteed. As a result democracy has different principals.

Democracy has been adopted by most of countries in the world and the following arguments have been given in favor of democracy. First of all The chief merit of democracy relies in their hands exercising it by the representatives elected by them and have been responsible for them as well .all social, economic, and political interests of individuals are served better under this system. Secondly Democracy famed for its stability firmness and efficiency. The

time of the elected representatives is fixed; they form a stable government because it is based on public support. Most important the government bases is on responsibility in representative democracy; the representatives debate on issues of the country and give wise reasonable decisions. Under Monarchy the monarch takes decisions as he pleases. Under dictators people are not involved at all in such deals; they have no right to criticize the decisions of the dictator even when they are bad and against people's warfare. In addition to these principles democracy emphasizes other points that could be the key in its power such as the political education of the people, stable government that could serve its people in a good way, which is based on public opinion. More than this and that, democracy aims to make people citizens by making them aware of what happens around them.Finally All members of the state are equal in the eye of the law; all enjoy equal social, political, and economic rights. The state cannot discriminate among citizens based on caste, religion, sex or property. Despite all of these differences, everyone has the right to choose their government; And the United States is the best example when it comes to democracy (Lexis, T.edition1, p35)

When we talk about modern American democracy we mention the famous line by the formal president of the united states Ibrahim Lincoln which is “democracy is the government of the people by the people for the people”. This meant government bases were upon political equality, here no one’s opinion or interest is more valid than others because of the principles of one person one vote. The American society is called an open society because there is space for all individuals.

The United States’ government is divided into three branches to keep the process of democracy in check. First there is the Executive branch which means having administrative executive director. Secondly Legislative concerned with the senate and the house of representatives and Judicial branch interpret the laws. None of the branches contains absolute power; each branch depends on other by creating stability and to protect people voice. This system did pursue a more perfect form of democracy and a more perfect union between American citizens, states and countries. Therefore it goes with various types.

To start direct democracy is when citizens get to vote for politicians, since there are a lot of decisions to vote about, they vote for someone who presents them. All the people assemble in one place and decide the matter which helps them. Today we have an example of direct

democracy in Swiss land, if the government has to pass a certain law or policy, it goes to the people. They vote on that issue and decide the fate of their own countries. It is also called the parliamentary democracy.

Representative democracy or indirect democracy is when politicians vote on everyone behalf. This is the most common form of democracy found across the world. It takes advantage of group people who will present the majority opinion because they are expert. In addition to this it emphasizes protecting the rights of not only the majority of people in the state but also the minorities. By electing more qualified representatives, a small population would be able to vocalize its grievance more efficiently.

Under a presidential democracy, the president of the state has a significant amount of power over the government. He or she is either directly or indirectly elected by citizens of the state. The president and the executive branch of the government are not liable to the legislator, but cannot go under normal circumstances and dismiss the legislator entirely. Similarly, the legislator cannot remove the president from his or her office either, unless the case is extreme. The president has the power to veto a bill to prevent his adoption. However, if the legislator musters enough votes, it can override the president’s veto.

I .3.Democracy Beyond the Ballot Box

The promise of democracy has been defined by the ballot box but far too often that promise has not translated into reality people’s daily life. In many countries citizens perceive their elected government to be disconnected from society. What people need to understand that citizens should shape policies decisions that impact their life because task it is too important and too big.

Democracy beyond the ballot box is an old idea. It is the constituency of ancient Athens, people gather together to debate and made laws, and it was shared only by rich people. Through time things have changed in the modern world all people can participate equally, even so elections alone has not proven sufficient in delivering aspiration of the people. As result we need to look beyond the ballot box to tackle new threats of democracy. The challenge today is not in the conduct of the election but it is in the accompany democratic institutions that make elections meaningful, for instance in over 100 countries citizens ability to freely speak and

associate symbols and to participate in democracy is itself under attack. The United States is using strong means to attack media, society, civil institutions, which they can help to ensure that the government acts in the public interest. Also we are witnessing new digital threat to democracy which is taking place between and beyond elections.

In every country citizens should have open government, for example in Madrid Spain when the protesters formed their government, they decided that citizens should continue to be in charge beyond the ballot box, so they built an online and offline platform through their citizens can petition government on issues that matter to them.

The foundation of giving voice to citizens to monitor the country is under attack today. Unfortunately we are testifying the rise of leaders who control everything and they attack any voice that came against them. Further, thanks to technology citizens are having opportunities to directly engage feedback in the country. People need to be aware that their voices need to be heard every day not only once in 4 years elections. It may look impossible to fight these authorities but working together may turn the impossible to possible to ensure that government serve them more than itself, and to deliver that promise "all the people, by the people, for the people".

I.4.Importance of Democracy

The wonderful thing that democracy provides is political freedom like freedom of expression, association and movement. Democracy is the only option for development for the people in all over the world, people are the supreme power. Famous philosopher Rousseau said the voice of the people is the voice of God, where it gives them chance to rise their voice for their welfare. If we did not have a democracy that provides a law enforcement there would be chaos. Another advantage of democracy is that this type of government is based on equality, no matter what is your gender, sex, religion or race.

Conclusion

Democracy is the only political system with a solution that satisfies all people. A corrupt or irresponsible leader will be changed by another one by vote in legal and peaceful way . The best thing about democracy is that it reflects the will of the people, if the country is on the wrong track, the vote can correct that, unlike an authoritarian state which continues the dictators will until it fails completely, for instance Switzland has managed to get closer to that ideal democracy because they discuss all issues of the country with people. While some countries at the same time

are catching up. Also democracy can make it possible for people like Hitler, Trump , Obama and May to assume power by being legally elected. In this case questions changes, do we think current democrat has changed into dangerous system to get the desire of the leaders? Take Trump and Obama for instance. Do we think they are a good example of democracy or not?

Chapter Two: Lies Behind Barack Obama Rule (2009-2017)

Introduction:

The republic and representative are two basic parties which America democracy depends on. It all started when the colonists were abused by the British; as a result they have decided to have a voice in their country in order to have a fair system. For those reasons and more, the United States was the first country to be democratic, and the first state with a new governing system, its basis was first revealed in the American founding documents which had been written by the American founding father "Thomas Jefferson".

Since 1776"American's declaration of independence" the United States is considered one of the best democratic countries in the world .The United States developed through time to be the most powerful country in the world what gave it the power to interfere in a lot of international cases if not all of them basing on the idea of saving democracy to people. However people over the world and the American citizens themselves started to have doubts about this fact. Was America the first democratic country in the world? Was it democratic from the beginning? Could their followed presidents preserve its declaration principles? More than that, we don't know if it was applied completely or not, at the same time it could be the biggest lie of the century. We can explain that perspective by showing the rule of one of its authorities through democracy.

The root in America democracy is moving through instability and it is facing problems. This made the American citizens afraid from the absence of this political aspect and how it badly reflected on the American society. The American political system has been built on fear that the state may fall apart, for that reason democracy came to unite all people in one voice. But that started to change with some authorities who ruled the United States, all what was agreed by the Americans on democratic ideals and values begin to vanish. therefore the focus of my studies will be on analyzing one of the periods in the field of American democracy to confirm that democracy was a lie, under the name "Barack Obama".

America Lost Ground Under Barack Obama

By depending on the data given by the author Tavis Smiley with his book "the covenant with black America-ten years later". I can see in every single category in America, black people lost ground, Obama didn't press black legacy. Black Americans realized that they are living underlies. Therefore they started to protest and most of their claims were about "lives of black matter and how their leader is killing them", and because they were economically ignored and socially manipulated(Tavis,Smiley,p14)

Under Obama rule black people were still suffering from many issues. His performs as president wasn't enough to black, according to the condition living in America. People still finding difficulties to have a job. Moreover the rate of crimes is growing up each day; most people lost their soul due to gun violence. In his 8 years presidency and never done act to stop this issue.

There was always a gap between rich and poor people. Without strong economic growth Americans couldn't effort a job or anything, this theory couldn't be solved by Obama. It becomes as a big whole which led to the lack of self-confidence and to the idea that Americans can't make it without strong economic growth. As a result, black people had the idea that Obama wasn't black enough or not American enough.

Most black people who have voted to Obama have changed their opinion. Obama had a lot of impact on a lot of communities except his own. Black Americans still have seen their skin as a threat, no matter what black citizen status is, he will always be considered a threat. The promise of America is more united than ever was just a lie that fooled the world.

Obama presidency didn't put an end to the war between races. If it is not white, it isn't right. Black people are always getting attacked by the police and got arrested. Everything became harder to black if they wanted to do something, even to move from one state to another became a dangerous step to take by the black citizen.

Most black people hated Barak Obama because of his policies and actions. When people voted for him figuring he would be democratic and he would bring hope and change. Instead, he brought division and reignited the racial tension in the United States. Despite the fact he received the Nobel Peace prize yet he was the only President who was at war the entire time

against his country.

Most of the time, Barack Obama was lying on the Americans by saying "yes we can". I am not saying that Obama was a bad person rather than a bad president. His cabinet was one of the most corrupt administrations this country has ever witnessed. It was all proved when some justice started to appear; seeing criminal investigations going on with high ranking people in the FBI and the Justice Dept.

Obama was only good in dividing the American community, but because of his selfish motives led him to destroy everything good about this country. This is what a Marxist or Communist does to push their agenda. It is called divide and conquer.

The president Barack Obama destroyed relation between black and white which was getting better for over 50 years. Americans now have the worst racial tolerance, what happened 100 years ago had come back to the United States. The united states now have more crimes and murderers than ever before. During his rule, he tried to destroy private industry and put millions of Americans out of jobs. He contributed in losing money by giving loans to companies like Solyndra who shortly afterward went bankrupt on the USA taxpayers. This has increased the debt, to where Americans will barely be able to pay the interest on the debt. By looking up the national debt; we can see how fast the interest is increasing the debt by the second. Therefore this will reflect on the future generations who need to pay this back (Astra, Taylor.p15)

He made an unexpected move in politics by appointing leftist judges, who are not following the Constitution. These same judges are trying to rewrite laws from the bench, as if working only according to the laws that suit them. Instead of just obeying the laws and applying them and making sure it complies with the Constitution.

The data shows that Obama wants to control American citizen. From the car, they drive to the health care and taking away their Constitutional right to bear arms. He wanted to raise living life so he could get his hand anywhere, and transfer the fortune. Yet more money goes into his pocket, while the masses starve. Just by giving a look on the fortune Obama has gained, even though he never had a real job before getting his position in politics. He had never built anything, nor even managed a 7 to 11 store. All he ever did was being a community activist, also known as a disturber. Instead of providing solutions he murmur about things. They have no answers, or even fixed anything. It is right out of the manual for trying to change society.

They want to spend like drunken sailors. If we notice all the failed programs he put into play. Cash for Clunkers, Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac going broke, giving money to the banks so they could back to business and bring economic stability. But unfortunately it went the opposite they still went bankrupt and put all the small vendors out of business. This uncontrolled spending will harm future generations. They are the ones that will be stuck from 8 years of Obama uncontrolled spending.

The idea of transfer wealth doesn't give motivation to the people the incentive to work hard. Nobody is going to work hard, just to give it to a lazy who wants to drink or do drugs all day. Capitalism is the system which kept American society getting rewarded for their efforts.

Divisiveness

Giving hopes and promising change wasn't the only problem, Obama has probably been one of the most divisive presidents of this time, if not the most. At least his predecessor George W Bush was able to unite the country and bring some change between races. Many conservatives and members of his party turned against him. In contrast, Barack Obama approval ratings have been centralized as good and bad president at the same time. Many of the people who support him practically worship the ground he walks on; while others think he has evil mind.

The idea of health emerged in 1880. Despite the fact we are living in post modern world, things should be better and good conditions for living. People in the United States still suffering in finding the best quality of ACA, instead of having health care for people and be cheaper at the same time, people at the moment are dying in the street, so it is hard for them to say anything good about it, but speaking in terms of the entire country it has been very polarizing. Some people loved the ACA while others have not benefited from it all. Many have lost their previous insurance and had to get more expensive insurance just to comply with the law's mandate. Many were obliged to pay on insurance which cannot help them, as if making it worst for the Americans. Obama made promises about having good democracy that if a person liked their health care they could save it with them and if any citizen could not offer his insurance their will be no tax penalties , but unfortunately many were forced to pay. Many have been obliged on to stuff like Medicaid but cannot find a doctor who accepts the insurance

of the patients they could take (Lexis, Tocqueville,edition2,p35)

By looking at the rule situation I can say that Obama aimed to make the USA falls apart. Then push a globalist agenda of socialism. He damaged one of the protective healthcare system in the world with his Unaffordable Health Care Act. During Obama rule many states were still suffering to find suitable health care in the state thanks to Obama Care.

Immigration Policy

Obama was classified as the worst president since the world war two because he didn't deliver the promises that he gave to Americans. This gets clear by giving an example of what happened in the United States borders. The president has doubled enforcement in terms to secure the borders of the United States, but what was happening is big humanitarian crise like people got abuse and a lot of violence. Therefore this reflects on Mexico and Panama, Costa Rica because they are looking for safety. Obama didn't make any change in reforms concerning immigration or any decisions to secure the borders in any real way.

By depending on what the philosopher Cornel west in explaining "Race Matters." Conservatives accused Liberals of pity blacks for not being able to help themselves. But to both groups, the burden is on black people to fix themselves. Neither conservatives nor liberals sufficiently challenge racist people or institutions that have long exploited poor people and people of color. Obama said in his speech that there is no Asian or African or Latino community in America, they are all the same, we all Americans but that wasn't true to some extent, To put it in another way programs like my brother keeper insist on making better versions of Trayvon Martin the black victim, instead of asking how to stop creating people like George Zimmerman the racist vigilante or making programs to values them. He was encouraging them to dismantle the systems that deepen wealth inequality, Mr. Obama tells black boys to tuck their chains. This case has frightened Americans and put them in a storm of questions (Cornel West 20-25).

Teenagers were strong audiences who helped Mr. Obama to be relatable. Since he was a masterful, charismatic storyteller, and made jokes and provokes, but in each joke there was a hidden message addressing immigration. Mr. Obama repeatedly lectured black people.

In his second year Barack Obama addressed black parents for allegedly feeding their children "cold Popeye's chicken" even though food deserts are becoming more prevalent in black

neighborhoods. He shamed Ferguson and Baltimore protesters for resisting police violence with rocks, not the police officers whom the protesters were rightly defending themselves against. And in his Oakland comments, Obama criticized absent fathers, and what's was strange in 2013 report by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that black fathers were the most involved with their children daily than any other group of fathers.

Conclusion

The president Obama was terrible for the United States. The damage he caused is deep, fundamental, and catastrophic. He saw the social fabric has holes, and just tore it further apart; whites versus blacks, young versus old, rich versus poor. He had no coherent foreign policy and seemed to stumble from one crisis to another with little to plan on how to deal with them. During his tenure, we saw the reemergence of Russian militarism; the annexation of Crimea; the spread of international terrorism. His Nobel Prize seems rather ironic since they were war in the Middle East thought his entire tenure. On the national level, he gets credit for bringing the Americans out of the recession, doubling the national debt, they have seen unprecedented loss of jobs and industry being outsourced to foreign markets, Attacks on expansion of mining oil investments .His single signature piece of legislation, the affordable care act which was a disastrous failure.

Chapter Three: Democracy Became the Worst Political System in the USA by

Donald Trump Ruling

Introduction

By analyzing American history, Abraham Lincoln is considered to be as a historical character, great representative and symbol of American democracy. He brought a memorable ideology through the years which the U.S government known for "of the people, by the people and for the people".

The policy of the United States consist peoples beliefs about the superiority of democracy as the perfect form of government. However that isn't true to some extent because in every election people hear the same lies that started years ago "Get out and vote!" "Make sure to register!" "Power to the people". Some American institutions that pretend to be democratic started to change not in favor of people, it was for satisfying the representative and at the same time to cover the lies of true democracy. After all, people started to doubt this system because this political system should be ruled by the will of the majority, right?!

Nowadays, democracy started to take different directions from what we used to know. The advantages of democracy are used only by the upper class (bourgeois) to get what they want and to have chair in government. Democracy became a worst political system in the United States by the rule of the Trump presidency, people lost faith in having a voice in their country, therefore in this chapter I am going to show that within Trump presidency the idea of democracy has faded and that the world is witnessing the worst dangerous democracy ever seen.

Donald Trump Presidency

The president of the United States Donald Trump is regarded to be a mix of anger, fear and confusion. If an American citizen was a part of the rich people and have benefited from his tax cuts that have added to the national debt, he will not be angry because they already saved their money in, but if you don't pay for example in the chanting build the wall (that Mexico is going to pay for) they will have taxes and different behaviors. Trump forced his people and other

countries to abide him, if you are not with me you are against me. That made many democrats angry and upset about Donald Trump. Conservatives white males have seized the control of power, as if they are attempting to turn back the times when blacks had no civil rights and women were told to not interfere with other business.

Under Trump ruling in 2017, most people were scared. It all started by showing hate to immigration and posing penalties to them. Moreover, immigrants don't have the same health care as the American citizens do, they are still suffering. In each day Trump is killing ACA, in other words he is killing those helpless kids. Also he blamed everyone about his failure and other issues except himself. Most importantly he never dealt with gun violence although it is known that it is the first fear that attack America.

According to the data given by Jane in her book the prejudices. I found that political correctness is not about holding one's prejudices to oneself when speaking in public, it is having respect for someone else opinion and seeing the other side of the argument because that's the glue that holds democracy together and make a fair system to all people. Therefore how can building a wall in USA borders can be the solution, the Mexicans are the ones who work harder and have a great impact on the USA economy. Most people thought that since Trump was a businessman he would be well prepared for the USA economy, but it is hard to believe that after witnessing 3 million jobs were lost due to his decisions, as if he wants to restore the 2008 crisis to America (Jane ,Austen,p25-30)

Trump supporters are not paying attention to the consequences of their decisions. They are attempting to convert the US form a democratic republic into a totalitarian autocracy, as if they have no idea what they are doing or why that would be wrong for the country as long as it suits their desire. Trump always has seen people who immigrate to the USA as inferior although they are the ones who help in building this great nation and defending it. Besides that USA is known for her site trade market the Amazon, the moment Trump became president he gave orders to them to double shipping rates and to pay more taxes on them, which means the Amazon is going to deal only with rich people(Astra, Taylor.p22).

The recent conditions show that the USA is still experimenting with democracy. One which helped many communities to improve but it was destroyed by Trump and his

administration; they are creating a civil war, Lincoln said " It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us, that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion, that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain, that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom, and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth". He knew from the beginning what will happen.

Democracy is the platform of the United States power. It is destroyed by a small clique of white racists might overthrow a great nation. It is for people themselves to decide to preserve democracy. Therefore President Trump is a horrendous racist, and it's time for Democrats to stop calling him one of them. In other words he can't even rule university or charity so how can he be good president to all people? For example the moment he got elected after two weeks he had to pay 2 million dollars because he misused the charitable funds for his political benefit.

Donald Trump tore America apart by race and threatens the United States democracy. More Americans are dying by shock in food than terrorism but still put blame on Muslims. Also he gave orders about whenever he or his wife arrive at the casino floor black people should leave, so how can he unite a country that is mixed by different communities. Moreover statistics in the channel fox news show that white people have advantages more than black, no matter how much the black citizen was educated with higher certification still the priority goes to the white people.

The United States is an island of opportunities and true democracy. But how can democracy accomplished if president label category of people like the Mexican people, Trump said "When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best ... They're sending people that have lots of problems and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people". Despite the fact Trump gave promises that if he became president all religions are welcome to practice their religion. The moment he won, Trump tried to Ban 80% of Muslim immigration and used this excuse since his country doesn't have any business interests they are not welcomed. If true democracy should be based on equality why isn't achieved in this situation?

Donald Trump’s Policy against Women

During Trump presidency women were getting threat all the time from him, he said that women should get punishment because most of them didn't vote for him. Democracy is built on the flexibility of the president with all genders, which is something I cannot see with Trump.

Besides that Trump know exactly what benefit these people bring to the country and always keep denying the truth of how helpful they are. His administration announced that there new is setting standards for obtaining a green card and citizenship, in other words making it impossible to get it. To be president means accepting the idea of diversity, because it will lead to development and a union under one flag. The United States will be great only if Trump accept this ideology. Also, I can see that his main proposal isn't about restoring the USA economy great and it is not about finding solutions for the problems to the people of his country rather to bring discrimination and bring division to his society by creating two classes the rich controlling the poor, what happened decades ago with slavery is coming again to the USA. No one is creating problems except him, the strange thing that Trump is creating crises more than providing solutions, is this how democracy should be? But I cannot say he wasn't good at all, he

In other words Trump wants to build a wall inside his society between black and white, between Latin and Asian, between African and Americans. Trump selfish motives are going to destroy a great country that people sacrificed to make on the top of the world. In addition I can assume that Trump will never get the impeachment but I cannot know what holds congress to do that.

Conclusion

The Americans ignore the fact that a pure democratic vote would have gotten Hilary Clinton in power. Federalism brought Donald Trump. He would be example of how democracy should be unrestricted and how US democracy needs to be reformed to produce a more pure, and representative version of democracy. The absurdity that woke me up is the fact that Trump is a totally not honest with his people; a totalitarian maneuver tricking the American people by words so he could possess all the power he would and neglecting what is right to them by turning the citizens of this great and glorious nation into lost sheep with no purpose. It is bad to see the USA fall apart, because the majority are going to vote for their own interests, whatever it is for selfish desire or because they think it is right decision. All the administration members going to work in the interests of their ruler. That’s why people need to be aware of the true democracy and how they can influence the affairs of the country under the name power of people.

Conclusion

According to different historical events, the United States of America wasn't a democratic country and never meant to be democratic. The notion of democracy has always been challenged, and the vote was limited. This concept has changed because of the ego hidden of the supreme power. In each election in the United States, democracy became a threat to people and changed to dark spot within Donald Trump presidency.

There would be much ambiguity if Americans have the right to vote in all elected officials. Instead of bringing balance in the government we see that legislative and judicial power interfere in individual expression. How can equality be established if almost three dozen states have passed "voter identification" laws requiring documents that poor people, people of color, students, and older voters find expensive and difficult to procure? Besides, limiting vote is a tool used by Trump and Obama with other hidden authorities to maintain control over cities, Congress, and poor people.

Democracy is not concerned only with the secret ballot. Democracy isn't about vote, which alone cannot shape the future of the people and give them the ability to go out and ask for a change. Americans must have a voice in every institution are affected by, because that's the absolute fact of our existence. The more people participate the more democracy is established, if people knew that they will know how to protect themselves. Also people must be aware that they are the authors of laws because nothing would be signed without people confirmation. Therefore, Americans need to break this long progression of disenfranchisement by establishing an unequivocal, guaranteed right to vote at all levels that cannot be overturned by state legislatures, local judges, congressional action, . This is a right enjoyed by quite literally billions of people around the world, from Algeria to Britain. As a result it should also be a right for citizens of the United States.
