Selectivity U(VI)/Pu(IV) by dialkylamide extractants

- extraction of U(VI): no (small) influence of ramified alkyl chain on structure and on thermodynamic properties

- extraction of Pu(IV): influence of ramified alkyl chain on C=O - no influence in solid phase (first amide-Pu crystal!) - amides are partially present in the outer sphere

- thermodynamic properties (enthalpy and entropy) modified

The selectivity U(VI)/Pu(IV) comes from the behaviour of Pu(IV): furthet studies will focuse on this cation

Interest of multi techniques approach for such complex systems.
