Febeliec answer to the consultation relating to the modifications to the ARP contract as proposed by Elia

Febeliec does not have any specific comments on this consultation. However, Febeliec would like to make a general comment towards all previous consultations, the current consultation and

potentially future consultations on the ARP-contract and the work on-going on the BRP and BSP contracts and all related Terms and Conditions, where Febeliec hopes that Elia will take into account all the received comments in its elaboration of the latter documents and will bring them in line with the latest discussions on and evolutions of the ARP-contract.
