At the end of paragraph 3 add the following sentence:

Health Canada is supporting the development of a “Speakers’ kit” on tobacco control, which is one of the background materials being developed by the Tobacco Free Initiative to provide technical assistance to Member States.

At the end of paragraph 17 add the sentence:

Activities under the Smoke Free Americas initiative are partly funded by Health Canada.

At the end of paragraph 20 add:

Health Canada contributed funding to enable the Regional Office to create briefing materials, including a case study on the Republic of Korea’s tobacco-control initiative, for distribution at the sixth session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body.
