EB13.R34 Committee on Gifts or Bequests The Executive Board,

Having noted the conditions under which gifts or bequests can at the present time be accepted by the Organization, and the proposal of the Director-General that, in order to simplify the existing requirements, a standing committee of the Board be appointed to act on its behalf,

1. RESOLVES to appoint a committee of three members as follows : (1) Dr. S. Al-Wahbi,

(2) Dr. S. Anwar,

(3) Dr. H. van Zile Hyde ;

2. AUTHORIZES the committee to accept on behalf of the Board gifts and bequests made to the Organi- zation subject to the provisions of Article 57 of the Constitution ; and

3. REQUESTS the committee to submit reports of its decisions to subsequent sessions of the Board.
