Pour votre confort nous vous demandons de vous présenter 10 minutes avant l’heure de votre rendez-vous afin de remplir notre questionnaire et éventuellement profiter de notre espace wellness.

En cas d’empêchement, nous vous remercions de nous en informer 24h à l’avance, dans le cas contraire, les prestations seront intégralement facturées.

En cas de retard, nous nous verrons obligés de réduire la durée de votre soin du temps équivalent à votre retard.

Si vous souffrez de problèmes de santé (troubles circulatoires, allergies, ...) ou si vous êtes enceinte, nous vous remercions de bien vouloir nous en informer.

Le port du slip est obligatoire lors des massages.

La douche est obligatoire avant les massages et pour l’accès au hammam, sauna, piscine.

La durée de validité des bons cadeaux est de 1 an, tout rendez-vous non honoré annulera le bon cadeau. Ils sont non remboursables et non échangeables.

In case you are not able to do your treatment for any reason, please inform us 24 hours in advance, otherwise the services will be fully charged.

Wearing pants is mandatory during massages.

Shower is mandatory before massages and to access the hammam, sauna and swimming pool.
