REGLEMENT COMPLET JEU “PoussinRoulant”

Du 16/12/2021 à partir de 9h au 12/01/2022 jusqu’à 23h59

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISATION

Adriver Corporation, Société par actions simplifiées, au capital social de10 994 697,04 euros, immatriculée au RCS de Versailles sous le numéro888069978, dont le siège social est situé 6 rue Louis Forest – 78430 Louveciennes (ci-après la « Société Organisatrice »), organise un jeu

« Poussins Roulants » sur les réseaux sociaux sans obligation d’achat intitulé « Poussin

Roulant » (ci-après le « Jeu ») du16/12/2021à partir de 9h au12/01/2022à 23h59,accessible sur les réseaux sociaux de : Adriver Group, CaoCaoMobility, Vueling.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION

Le Jeu est ouvert à toute personne physique résidant en France Métropolitaine (hors Monaco), à l’exclusion des membres ou salarié(e)s de la Société Organisatrice, de ses filiales et/ou sociétés affiliées, des sociétés prestataires et/ou partenaires dans l’organisation du Jeu, et plus généralement de toute personne intervenant dans l’organisation du Jeu, ainsi que de leurs parents et alliés respectifs. Toute participation d’un(e) mineur(e) au Jeu suppose l’accord préalable des personnes détenant l’autorité parentale (ou de son représentant légal). La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de demander la preuve de cet accord à tout moment, et notamment à l’occasion de l’attribution des dotations.

ARTICLE 3 – RELAIS DU JEU

Pendant sa durée, le Jeu est annoncé sur les Réseaux Sociaux (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

Pour rappel, le Jeu n’est en aucune manière géré ou parrainé par Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin qui n’ont aucune responsabilité dans le cadre de son organisation et vis-à-vis des internautes. Les données personnelles collectées dans le cadre de l’opération sont destinées à la Société Organisatrice et non à Instagram, Facebook,Twitter, Linkedin.

ARTICLE 4 – MODALITES DE PARTICIPATION 4.1

Ce Jeu est un concours qui se déroule sur les réseaux sociaux notamment de la Société Organisatrice, de CaoCao Mobility et de Vueling, aux dates indiquées dans l’article 1.

La participation au Jeu s’effectue de la manière suivante. Les participants devront :

● Retrouver un des véhicules CaoCoao pubé de Vueling qui circule à Paris et publier en post une photo du véhicule arborant la publicité Vueling sur leur page ouverte au public du réseau social de leur choix (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter) avec le hashtag

#PoussinRoulant

● Taguer : @Vueling, @caocaomobility et @Adrivergroup.

● Les participant(e)s sont autorisé(e)s à jouer plusieurs fois.

● Le Jeu étant accessible sur Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook et Twitter en aucun cas Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook et Twitter ne seront tenus responsables en cas de litige lié au Jeu. Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin & Facebook ne sont ni organisateurs ni parrains de l'opération. Les données personnelles collectées lors du Jeu sont destinées à la Société Organisatrice conformément à l’article 11 du présent règlement.

● L’attention de chaque participant(e) est attirée sur le fait qu’il/elle lui appartient de respecter les droits des tiers (propriétés privées, droit à l’image, etc.) lorsqu’il/elle prend en photo les publicités présentes sur les véhicules et notamment que les photos mises en ligne ne doivent pas faire apparaître les visages des conducteurs/trices, les plaques minéralogiques des véhicules ou encore les visages des éventuels passants, sous peine d’exclusion du Jeu.

4.2Le nombre de participations par internaute est illimité.

4.3Maximum 1 dotation par participant(e) / pendant toute la durée du jeu.

4.4 La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit d’annuler ou de modifier les règles du Jeu si des fraudes venaient à être constatées.

4.5 La Société Organisatrice ne saurait être tenue pour responsable en cas d’interruptions des communications téléphoniques et/ou électroniques altérant les participations, et se réserve le droit de remettre en jeu la dotation dans ce même Jeu.

Caocao, Vueling et Adriver sont des marques déposées par leurs ayant droits respectifs.

ARTICLE 5 - DESIGNATION DES GAGNANTS

2 gagnant(e)s seront tiré(e)s au sort le 13 janvier 2022 à partir de 13 heures. Le jury constitué spécifiquement au sein de la Société Organisatrice, déterminera les gagnant(e)s parmi les participant(e)s ayant respecté les consignes du jeu (Article 4.1). La quantité de participation ne fera pas l’objet d’une valorisation dans la délibération du jury.

ARTICLE 6 – DOTATIONS

Le Jeu est doté des 2 dotations (quantité : 4) suivantes :

● 2 billets d’avion aller/retour pour 2 personnes en tarif Optima : valeur indicative

correspondante à 100 % de réduction sur les vols choisis par le vainqueur du concours sous les conditions ci-après.

● Transport des 2*2 gagnants jusqu’à l’aéroport par les véhicules Caocao Mobility sous conditions que les participants se trouvent à Paris :Dans une limite de 80€ maximum par trajet par personne

Valable sur un (1) vol direct aller-retour au tarif OPTIMA pour le gagnant et son accompagnateur (ils devront voyager ensemble), opéré par VUELING.

Vols soumis à la disponibilité des places.

Valable pour acheter à partir du 16/12/21.

Valable sur les vols entre le 08/01/22 et le 17/12/2022, à l'exception des périodes suivantes, pendant lesquelles les billets ne pourront pas être échangés :

• Du 01/01/2022 au 07/01/2022 (toutes deux incluses)

La réservation pourra être effectuée jusqu'à 21 jours avant la date du voyage. Services supplémentaires non compris. Les billets ne comprennent aucun service supplémentaire, et aucun changement ne pourra être réalisé après leur émission.

Pour les transferts en Caocao, les gagnants devront contacter Caocao par mail à

client@caocao.frà minima 72h avant leur départ en précisant l'horaire, date et lieux de prises en charge et de retour. Caocao ne peut être tenu responsable pour tout retard lié à la circulation ou heure de rendez-vous fixée trop tardivement.

VUELING ne sera pas responsable des éventuels frais d'hébergement et/ou de subsistance des gagnants en attendant leur vol vers la destination choisie.

En aucun cas, VUELING ne prendra en charge les frais de voyage/déplacements,

d'hébergement et/ou de vie des gagnants et de leurs accompagnants pendant leur séjour dans la ville de destination.

Les billets sont promotionnels et ne sont par conséquent pas disponibles, directement ou indirectement, au public. L'application de la réglementation communautaire applicable est par conséquent exclue.

ARTICLE 7 : OBTENTION DES DOTATIONS L’envoi des dotations est gratuit.

7.1 Les gagnant(e)s recevront une confirmation de leur dotation en réponse en message privé sur Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook ou Twitter (selon la publication de la photo du concours) puis par mail à l’adresse qu’ils auront communiquée en question. Ils devront répondre à ce mail dans un délai de quinze (15) jours en précisant l’adresse postale ou mail (selon dotation) à laquelle ils souhaitent recevoir leur dotation ; à défaut, leur dotation redeviendra la propriété de la Société Organisatrice.

Les gagnant(e)s recevront les informations concernant la possibilité d’utiliser leur dotation dans un délai maximum de 6 semaines à compter de leur réponse, par voie postale ou par mail à l’adresse postale/mail qu’ils auront indiquée.

7.2 Les dotations ne seront ni reprises, ni échangées contre un autre objet ou service, et ne peuvent faire l’objet d’aucune contrepartie financière.

En cas de force majeure ou de toute autre circonstance indépendante de la Société Organisatrice et rendant indisponible la dotation, la Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de remplacer la dotation gagnée par une dotation de nature et de valeur équivalentes.

La Société Organisatrice ne saurait être tenue responsable de l’impossibilité d’attribution des dotations en cas d’adresse électronique et/ou postale saisie de manière erronée ou incomplète ou de changement d’adresse non communiqué.

ARTICLE 8 : RESPONSABILITE

La Société Organisatrice décline toute responsabilité pour tous les incidents et/ou accidents qui pourraient survenir pendant la durée de jouissance des dotations attribuées.

La Société Organisatrice ne saurait encourir une quelconque responsabilité si, en cas de force majeure, d'événements indépendants de sa volonté ou de nécessité justifiée, elle était amenée à écourter, prolonger, reporter, modifier ou annuler le Jeu.

La Société Organisatrice ne saurait être tenue pour responsable de tout fait qui ne lui serait pas imputable, notamment en cas de mauvais acheminement du courrier, de mauvais fonctionnement des lignes téléphoniques, de l'indisponibilité du Site, de défaillance technique rendant impossible la poursuite du Jeu, d'interruption des communications téléphoniques, des dysfonctionnements du réseau Internet empêchant le bon déroulement du Jeu, des

interruptions, des délais de transmission des données, des défaillances de l'ordinateur du participant ou tout autre problème lié aux réseaux de communication, aux serveurs, aux fournisseurs d'accès Internet, aux équipements informatiques ou aux logiciels, de la perte de toute données, des conséquences de tout virus, anomalie, défaillance technique, de toute défaillance technique, matérielle ou logicielle de quelque nature ayant empêché ou limité la possibilité de participer au jeu ou ayant endommagé le système d'un participant, d’erreur d’acheminement des lots, de la perte de ceux-ci lors de leur expédition, de leur non réception ou de leur détérioration, de leur livraison avec retard.

Il appartient à tout participant de prendre toutes les mesures appropriées de façon à protéger ses propres données et/ou logiciels stockés sur son équipement informatique contre toute atteinte. La connexion de toute personne au site et la participation au Jeu se fait sous sa seule, unique et entière responsabilité.

Il est rigoureusement interdit, par quelque procédé que ce soit de modifier ou de tenter de modifier les dispositifs de jeux proposés, notamment afin d'en modifier les résultats ou tout élément déterminant l'issue d'une partie et les gagnant(e)s. La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de faire respecter l'égalité de chance entre tous les participants, notamment par voix de justice ou tout autre moyen à sa convenance.

La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit d'exclure du Jeu et de poursuivre en justice toute personne qui aurait tenté de tricher ou de troubler le bon déroulement du Jeu. Un(e) gagnant(e) qui aurait triché sera de plein droit déchu de toute dotation.

La Société Organisatrice ne saurait par ailleurs être tenue pour responsable des dommages liés à la jouissance de la dotation. La Société Organisatrice ne sera en aucun cas tenue pour responsable d'un dysfonctionnement ou d'une mauvaise prestation des dotations proposées.

Article 9 : FRAUDES

La participation au Jeu implique l'acceptation pleine et entière de son présent règlement.

Toute fraude, ou tentative de fraude, manifestée par un commencement d'exécution et commise en vue de percevoir indûment une dotation, le non-respect du présent règlement, ou toute intention malveillante tendant à perturber le déroulement du Jeu, donnera lieu à l’exclusion de son auteur(e), la Société Organisatrice se réservant le droit d'engager à son encontre des poursuites judiciaires.

En cas de réclamation à ce titre, il appartient au(x) participant(e)(s) d’apporter la preuve qu’ils ont adopté un comportement conforme au présent règlement.

Article 10 : RECLAMATIONS

Il ne sera répondu à aucune demande téléphonique concernant les modalités du Jeu, la détermination des gagnants et l’interprétation ou l’application du présent règlement.

Toute réclamation doit faire l’objet d’une demande écrite exclusivement adressée par courrier électronique à :contact@adriver.co.

Les contestations et réclamations écrites relatives au Jeu ne seront plus prises en compte passé un délai de trois (3) mois après la clôture du Jeu, soit le 15/04/2022.

Article 11 : DONNEES PERSONNELLES

Les données personnelles (nom, prénom, adresse postale, adresse mail, téléphone…) seront recueillies pour chaque gagnant(e) afin que celui-ci ou celle-ci puisse recevoir son lot. La Société Organisatrice s’engage à ne les utiliser que dans le cadre et pour les besoins de la gestion du Jeu.

Les participant(e)s sont informé(e)s que leurs nom et coordonnées font l’objet d’un traitement dans un fichier informatisé par la société Adriver Corporation (Société par actions simplifiée, au capital social de10 448 580,51 euros, immatriculée au RCS de Versailles sous le numéro 888069978, dont le siège social est situé 6 rue Louis Forest – 78430 Louveciennes) à cette fin et la base légale du présent règlement de jeu (contrat).

Ces informations, conservées pendant une durée de 1 an en base active et de 3 ans en base intermédiaire, sont destinées à l’usage exclusif de la Société Organisatrice et/ou de ses filiales et ne seront en aucun cas transmises ou cédées à des tiers, à l’exception des informations concernant les gagnants, qui pourront être transmises aux sociétés fournissant les Dotations dans le but de prendre contact avec les gagnants.

Conformément aux dispositions du règlement (UE) 2016/679 adopté par le Parlement européen et le Conseil en date du 27 avril 2016 applicable à compter du 25 mai 2018, chaque

participant(e) dispose d’un droit d’accès, de rectification, d’effacement des informations le ou la concernant ou encore le droit à la limitation du traitement de vos données qu’il ou elle peut exercer sur simple demande écrite auprès de la Société Organisatrice (cf. Article 10) en précisant les références exactes du Jeu.

Pour exercer ces droits ou pour toute question sur le traitement de vos données dans ce dispositif, vous pouvez nous envoyer un message en ce sens à contact@adriver.co.

Si vous estimez, après nous avoir contactés, que vos droits « Informatique et Libertés » ne sont pas respectés, vous pouvez adresser une réclamation à la CNIL.

Article 12 : REGLEMENT DU JEU

Tout différend sur l’application et/ou l’interprétation du présent règlement sera souverainement tranché par la Société Organisatrice.

ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZATION

Adriver Corporation, a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of 10,994,697.04 euros, registered in the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 888069978, whose registered office is located at 6 rue Louis Forest - 78430 Louveciennes (hereinafter the

"Organizing Company") is organizing a game called "Poussin Roulant" on social networks without any obligation to purchase entitled "Poussin Roulant" (hereinafter the "Game") from 16/12/2021 from 9:00 am to 12/01/2022 at 11:59 pm, accessible on the social networks of : Adriver Group, CaoCaoMobility, Vueling.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The Contest is open to any natural person residing in Metropolitan France (excluding Monaco), with the exception of members or employees of the Organizing Body, its subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies, companies providing services and/or partners in the organization of the Contest, and more generally any person involved in the organization of the Contest, as well as their respective parents and relatives. Any participation in the Contest by a minor requires the prior consent of the person(s) holding parental authority (or his/her legal representative). The Organizing Body reserves the right to request proof of this agreement at any time, and in particular when awarding prizes.

ARTICLE 3 - RELAY OF THE GAME

During its duration, the Game is announced on the Social Networks (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

As a reminder, the Game is in no way managed or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, which have no responsibility for its organization and vis-à-vis Internet users. The personal data collected in the context of the operation are intended for the Organizing Company and not for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin.

ARTICLE 4 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION 4.1

This Contest is a contest that takes place on the social networks of the Organizing Body, CaoCao Mobility and Vueling, on the dates indicated in Article 1.

Participation in the Contest is carried out in the following manner. Participants must:

Find one of Vueling's advertised Caocao vehicles driving around Paris and post a photo of the vehicle displaying the Vueling advertisement on their page open to the public of the social network of their choice (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter) with the hashtag

#PoussinRoulant + Tag: @Vueling, @caocaomobility and @Adrivergroup.

Participants are allowed to play multiple times.

As the Game is accessible on Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter, under no circumstances will Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter be held responsible for any dispute related to the Game. Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin & Facebook are neither organizers nor sponsors of the operation. The personal data collected during the Game are intended for the Organizing Company in accordance with Article 11 of these rules.

The attention of each participant is drawn to the fact that he/she must respect the rights of third parties (private property, image rights, etc.) when taking photos of the advertisements on the vehicles and, in particular, that the photos posted online must not show the faces of the drivers, the license plates of the vehicles or the faces of any passers-by, under penalty of exclusion from the Contest.

4.2 The number of entries per Internet user is unlimited.

4.3 A maximum of 1 prize per participant / for the entire duration of the game.

4.4 The Organizing Body reserves the right to cancel or modify the rules of the Game if fraud is detected.

4.5 The Organizing Body shall not be held responsible in the event of interruptions in telephone and/or electronic communications affecting the entries, and reserves the right to reintroduce the prize in this same Game.

Caocao, Vueling and Adriver are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

ARTICLE 5 - DESIGNATION OF THE WINNERS

2 winners will be drawn on January 13, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. The jury specifically constituted within the Organizing Body will determine the winners from among the participants who have complied with the instructions of the game (Article 4.1). The quantity of participation will not be taken into account in the jury's deliberations.

ARTICLE 6 - PRIZES

The Game is endowed with the following 2 prizes (quantity: 4):

2 round-trip airline tickets for 2 people at Optima fare: indicative value corresponding to 100%

discount on the flights chosen by the winner of the contest under the conditions below.

Transportation of the 2*2 winners to the airport by Caocao Mobility vehicles under the condition that the participants are in Paris: Up to a maximum of 80€ per trip per person

Valid on one (1) direct round trip flight at OPTIMA fare for the winner and his/her companion (they must travel together), operated by VUELING.

Flights subject to seat availability.

Valid for purchase from 16/12/21.

Valid on flights between 08/01/22 and 17/12/2022, except for the following periods, during which the tickets cannot be exchanged:

- From 01/01/2022 to 07/01/2022 (both included) - From 18/02/2022 to 06/03/2022 (both inclusive) - From 01/04/2022 to 05/04/2022 (both inclusive) - From 26/04/2022 to 02/05/2022 (both inclusive) - From 05/12/2022 to 05/16/2022 (both inclusive) - From 05/31/2022 to 06/06/2022 (both inclusive) - From 21/06/2022 to 12/09/2022 (both inclusive) - From 18/12/2022 to 31/12/2022 (both included)

Reservations can be made up to 21 days before the date of travel. Additional services not included. The tickets do not include any additional services, and no changes can be made after they are issued.

For Caocao transfers, winners must contact Caocao by email at client@caocao.fr at least 72 hours before their departure, specifying the time, date and place of pick-up and drop-off.

Caocao cannot be held responsible for any delay due to traffic or late pick-up time.

ARTICLE 7: OBTAINING THE PRIZES

The delivery of the prizes is free of charge.

7.1 The winners will receive a confirmation of their prize in response to a private message on Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook or Twitter (depending on the publication of the contest photo) and then by email to the address they will have communicated in question. They must reply to this email within fifteen (15) days, specifying the postal or email address (depending on the prize) to which they wish to receive their prize; otherwise, their prize will revert to the property of the Organizing Company.

The winners shall receive information concerning the possibility of using their prize within a maximum of 6 weeks from the date of their reply, by post or by e-mail to the postal/email address that they have indicated.

7.2 The prizes will not be taken back or exchanged for another object or service, and may not be the subject of any financial consideration.

In the event of force majeure or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Organizing Body and rendering the prize unavailable, the Organizing Body reserves the right to replace the prize won with a prize of equivalent nature and value.

The Organizing Body shall not be held responsible for the impossibility of awarding the prizes in the event of an erroneous or incomplete e-mail and/or postal address or a change of address that is not communicated.

ARTICLE 8: LIABILITY

The Organizing Body declines all responsibility for any incidents and/or accidents that may occur during the period of enjoyment of the prizes awarded.

The Organizing Body shall not incur any liability whatsoever if, in the event of force majeure, events beyond its control or justified necessity, it is forced to shorten, extend, postpone, modify or cancel the Game.

The Organizing Body may not be held responsible for any event for which it is not responsible, in particular in the event of poor mail delivery, malfunctioning telephone lines, unavailability of the Site, technical failures making it impossible to continue the Game, interruption of telephone communications, Internet network malfunctions preventing the proper conduct of the Game, interruptions, data transmission delays, failures of the participant's computer or any other problem related to the communication networks, servers, Internet access providers, computer equipment or software, the loss of any data, the consequences of any virus, anomaly, technical failure, any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind that has prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the game or damaged the system of a participant, errors in the

delivery of the prizes, the loss of the prizes when they are shipped, their non-receipt or deterioration, their late delivery.

It is the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect his/her own data and/or software stored on his/her computer equipment against any attack. The connection of any person to the site and participation in the Game is done under his or her sole and entire responsibility.

It is strictly forbidden, by any means whatsoever, to modify or attempt to modify the game devices offered, in particular in order to modify the results or any element determining the outcome of a game and the winners. The Organizing Body reserves the right to enforce equality of opportunity among all participants, including by legal action or any other means at its

discretion.

The Organizing Body reserves the right to exclude from the Game and to take legal action against any person who has attempted to cheat or disrupt the proper conduct of the Game. A winner who has cheated will be automatically stripped of any prize.

The Organizing Body shall not be held liable for any damages related to the use of the prize.

The Organizing Body shall in no case be held responsible for a malfunction or poor performance of the prizes offered.

Article 9: FRAUD

Participation in the Game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

Any fraud, or attempted fraud, manifested by a beginning of execution and committed with a view to improperly receiving a prize, non-compliance with these rules, or any malicious intent to disrupt the progress of the Game, will result in the exclusion of its author(s), with the Organizing Body reserving the right to take legal action against it.

In the event of a claim in this regard, it is up to the participant(s) to provide proof that they have behaved in accordance with these rules.

Article 10: COMPLAINTS

No telephone request will be answered concerning the terms of the Game, the determination of the winners and the interpretation or application of these rules.

Any claim must be made in writing and sent exclusively by e-mail to: contact@adriver.co.

Any disputes or written claims relating to the Game will not be taken into account after a period of three (3) months after the end of the Game, i.e. 15/04/2022.

Article 11: PERSONAL DATA

Personal data (last name, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) will be collected for each winner so that he or she can receive his or her prize. The Organizing Body undertakes to use such data only for the purposes of managing the Game.

Participants are informed that their names and contact information will be processed in a computerized file by the Adriver Corporation (a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of 10,448,580.51 euros, registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 888069978, whose registered office is located at 6 rue Louis Forest - 78430 Louveciennes) for this purpose and the legal basis of these game rules (contract).

This information, kept for a period of 1 year on an active basis and 3 years on an intermediate basis, is intended for the exclusive use of the Organizing Company and/or its subsidiaries and will not be transmitted or transferred to third parties under any circumstances, with the exception of information concerning the winners, which may be transmitted to the companies providing the Prizes for the purpose of contacting the winners.

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 adopted by the European Parliament and the Council on April 27, 2016 applicable as of May 25, 2018, each participant has a right to access, rectify, delete information concerning him or her or the right to limit the processing of your data that he or she may exercise by simply requesting it in writing from the Organizing Company (see Article 10), specifying the exact references of the Game.

To exercise these rights or for any question about the processing of your data in this system, you can send us a message to this effect to contact@adriver.co.

If you believe, after having contacted us, that your rights "Informatique et Libertés" are not respected, you can address a complaint to the CNIL.

Article 12: RULES OF THE GAME
