Résume de l'étude

Titre de l'étude : l’effet de l’utilisation de quelques mouvement a

terre sur l’amélioration du niveau de l’équilibre chez la tranche

d’âge (60 ans et plus) .

- cette étude a pour but connaitre l’effet de l’application de

- l’échantillon été un groupe de 14 personnes âgées dont 07

expérimentables et 07 témoins qu’on o choisit au hasard en se

basant sur quelques exercices gymniques a terre (roulade latérale

méningocoque et tendu roulade latérale et la balance de genou) .

On a conclue après que l’utilisation des mouvements gymniques à

terre a un effet positif dans l’amélioration de quelques qualités

physiques et motrices et d’après ce qu’on a dit avant, les deux

étudiants recommande encore plus la sollicitation encore plus de

gymnastique et sur tout les mouvements gymniques à terre pour

les personnes âgées en plus donner l’importance à la tranche

d’âge 60 ans et plus parce qu’elle est bonne pour l’amélioration

de la souplesse et l’équilibre du corps.

Summary of the Study

Study Title: the effect of the use of some gymnastic movements on the ground for the improvement of balance for people aged over 60 years old. This study aims at finding out the effect of the application of gymnastic movements on the ground in order to improve balance for people aged over 60years old.

The category comprises 14 aged men, 7 experimental and 7 witnesses chosen randomly we relied on some gymnastic exercises on the ground including (lateral round rolling, lateral straight rolling, knee balance) so then we deduce that the use of ground gymnastic movements has a positive effect on the improvement of some physical elements and kinetics as it is mentioned before the two students recommended more careness and attention towards gymnastics especially ground gymnastic movements for aged people as well as careness about people aged over 60 years old for it is suitable to improve the flexibility and balance of the body
