In Figure 8 on page 4175, the labeling of NAD+and NADH in the direction of the arrowhead of Fred should be reversed. That is, NADH is used to reduce FMNH2with the release of NAD+.

Also, in ref 310, Steigdal, M.; Valla, S. Metab. Eng. 2008, 10, 121, the correct spelling of the surname for thefirst author is Steigedal.
