Philosophical rationality was founded for the first time with Aristotle who worked on the great questions that stem from the paradoxes and contradictions that were prevailing with pre- Socrates philosophers. He found that the laws and principles of Formal logic allow for the construction of a rational philosophical system far from any contradictions or paradoxes. Up to the 19

th

century, many philosophers tried to establish a new rational system adopting the same Aristotelian Account to annihilate and exclude the paradoxes from the area of philosophical rationality.

However, after the crisis that hit the Contemporary mind by the emergence of a set of philosophical and scientific paradoxes (the paradoxes of sets theory in mathematics - the paradoxes of quantum physics), it became necessary to search for a new rational model that integrates paradoxes into the structure of philosophical and scientific rationality. On this basis, we aim in this thesis at developing a new rationality system called rational neutrality Neutrosophy], which deals with the paradoxes flexibly [ and dynamically. Additionally, it integrates them into its deep structure. This new rationality consists of three basic dimensions:

the first is a logical dimension whose fundamental basis is The Many-valued Neutrosophic logic. This logic allows for the development of new laws of thought that are contrary to Aristotle's laws and that are more suited to the contemporary scientific mind. The second is the Ontological dimension; through which we seek to build a type of quantum Ontology. The third is the Epistemological dimension; through which we aim at establishing a type of paradoxical epistemology that is modeling the concept of cognitive uncertainty.
