Observer State NGO accredited to
UNESCO Category II Centers
Press representatives and merchants (C2C) must process a Type-V Visitor Visa, and cancel the corresponding cost

The Republic of Colombia does not issue On-Arrival
visas.

A copy of the main page of your passport. Must be valid for at least
6 months after your arrival in Colombia
A color photograph, size 3x4, white background, JPG format and
with a maximum size of 300 KB
Accreditation Letter / Verbal Note / Invitation Letter

For the application of the Type-V Courtesy Visa, participants need a Letter of Accreditation / Verbal Note that certifies them.
It must be addressed to the Government of Colombia.
It must be signed by the Government of your country or the president / Director of the NGO / Category II CenterIf it is not possible to obtain this letter, participants must submit an Invitation Letter issued by the Secretariat of the 2003 UNESCO Convention.
Confirmation of registration to the Committee will not be accepted.
