This work at hand presents a study of the phenomenon of international migration for employment and its impact on local labor markets on the one hand, and the impact of yield direct her goal in the remittances of migrant workers in the local economies on the other hand, so the research focuses on the concept of international migration, and concludes that international

migration of the coin is the migration across the border, individuals and

groups to search for jobs or potential to work directly for a period not less than one year, as it appears that this phenomenon is influenced by a set of

determinants is mainly in the differences in living standards (differences in income levels), which is a cause central to international migration

employment, while the focus of the direct effects of these flows of international labor on the labor markets in both countries of origin and receiving and thus on the levels of workers, wages and profits according to the status of the labor market, especially in the receiving State. It also provides research analysis of the remittances of migrant workers in the economy, known as remittances sent by migrant workers in the country in which they operate on the basis of residence for a year or more, to the people of the country that they came from (typically family), in the form of payments of small and frequent, while

highlighting the potential impacts of remittances in the economy especially in terms of being a source of foreign currency in the balance of payments, while included the practical case study of Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia as countries have a balance of Migrant abroad, and concludes to the weakness of the contribution of migration to alleviate the pressure on the labor markets of these countries, with the importance of the impact of migrant remittances in the Moroccan and Tunisian economy, which is reflected in the policies of the two countries towards the development of her community's contribution to development, unlike Algeria fuel revenues, which remain an obstacle to the valuation of this resource.
