Peter J. Brown is Assistant Professor in the Department of Ps ychiatry at McMaster University, His special interest is in neuroendocrine studies of affective disorder and schizophrenia. Stanley 8. Frost, formerly Professor of Old Testament Languages and Literature and Vice-Principal (Protesslonal Faculties) is currently director of the History of McGill Project. Volume One of the History, entitled McGill University: for the Advancement of Learning appeared in 1980, and Volume Two is scheduled for
1983.
Thomas 8. Greenfield is Professor of Educational Administration a t the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. His current field of interest is in the theory of organization, and he has for sorne time now called into question many of the prevailing ideologies of that branch of knowledge.
David Lawson is an educator, poet, and fiction writer. Sorne of his recent poetry has appeared in Poetry Canada Review, Poet and Critic, and McGill News. A short story of his appears in the Quadrant Editions collection called Saturday Night at the Forum. In January he gave an address at the Unitarian Church of Montreal on "William Blake, Prophet of the Imagination."
DœaJ.d S. Seckinger is Professor of Educational Foundations in the University of Wyoming, teaching history, philosophy, and social foundations of education. His articles have appeared in Educational Theory, Journal of Thought, and Intellect, among ethers,
Susan Sheets-Pyenson teaches in the Science and Human Affairs Program at Concordia University. Her interest in the Peter Redpath Museum results from her study - supported by the SSHRC - of the scientific correspondence of John William Dawson. She is also writing a monograph on colonial natural history museums circa 1900.
Victor Zilberman, born in Russia, took a degree in physical education there before emigrating to Canada. Besides pursuing further degrees at Lakehead and McGill, he has been outstandingly successful as a coach in wrestling, for both the Quebec and Canadian teams as weIl as for colleges and universities in Montreal. He teaches at Vanier College.
