The objective of this study is to identify the preferences of pilgrim services provided by travel agencies, for this, we applied the method of conjoint analysis on a sample of 35 pilgrims. We used a form that includes 9 scenarios of services provided by these agencies
The study found the most important services offered by agencies and that are favored by the pilgrim as shown below:
- The period of Umrah (Ramadan); - Location (close to the Haram al-Sharif); - Costs of Umrah (reduced price); - Hotel type (one or two stars).
