Preface

October 20, 2019

The Concurrency, Specification, and Programming (CS&P) workshop is one of a series of seminars organized every even year by Humboldt University of Berlin and every odd year by the University of Warsaw. This year’s edition of the conference is co-organized by the University of Warmia and Mazury and the University of Warsaw.

This year’s edition of the CS&P conference was dedicated to the memory of Professor Helena Rasiowa. During a special session, memories prepared by the conference participants were presented.

Those memories are also published at http://csp2019.uwm.edu.pl/index.php/remembering- professor-helena-rasiowa/.

This volume consists of the papers presented at the 28th International Workshop on

Concurrency, Specification and Programming (CS&P 2019), that took place on September 24-26 2019 in Olsztyn, Poland.

This year's edition of the Workshop resulted in 19 works being accepted for presentation and all of them are part of this volume.

We would like to thank once again everyone who contributed with their participation and work to the organization of this year's workshop.

Lech Polkowski, Piotr Artiemjew and Krzysztof Ropiak
