Microprocessor is centered, around which provided are memories of 2Kbytes P-ROM and 56Kbytes RAM.
Additionally provided are 12 inch display, floppy 2
sets as for data ftle, keyboard as for I/O device and 3 channel communication interfaces as for external con- nection.

3.1 JD-700M/JD-740M POWER SUPPLY 3.1.1 BLOCK DIAGRAM
JD-700M/740M power supply generates 3 kinds of stabi- lized DC power supply of 5V,
+
12V and -12V which are required for control PCB, mini-floppy disk and monitor TV.Constructionally, all circuits are assembled on one PCB for easy maintenance and inspection.

4. KEYBOARD
4.1 OUTLINE
This keyboard consists basically of microprocessor, P-ROM and keyswitch.
As primary functions, it provides 4 kinds of shift func- tions, i.e. unshift, shift, control and control shift, CAPS·
LOCK and CAPSLOCK shift and data code output is generated by ASCII code.
