1. INSCRIPTION /REGISTRATION
A. CONSTITUEZ UN DOSSIER DE CANDIDATURE /COMPLETING AN APPLICATION FORM - en ligne sur http://www.cnrs.fr / On line on http://www.cnrs.fr

- en envoyant au CNRS un dossier papier. Attention seul le dossier de candidature émis par l’établissement est recevable. (Si vous êtes candidat à plusieurs concours, vous devez constituer un dossier par concours) / By filing a paper application with the CNRS. Only the official application form provided by CNRS will be accepted. (If you are entering several competitions, you must submit an application for each competition).
B. JOIGNEZ A VOTRE CANDIDATURE LES PIECES SUIVANTES /INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
- Curriculum vitæ comportant notamment des indications précises sur les enseignements suivis et les diplômes acquis, les diverses activités exercées et les fonctions occupées pendant et après la thèse, les séjours de longue durée à l’étranger (supérieur à 6 mois) / Curriculum vitæ with specific information as to education and Degree received, different activities involved in and functions held during and after thesis preparation, and long research stays abroad (more than 6 months).
- Rapport sur les travaux effectués / Report on research accomplished.
- Thèse : titre, résumé, composition du jury de thèse / Thesis: title, abstract, thesis jury members
- Rapport du jury de thèse (uniquement pour les thèses soutenues en France) / Thesis jury report (only for french doctorat).
- Projet de programme de recherche, éventuellement accompagné de l’avis de personnalités scientifiques / Proposed research program, including the opinion of respected scientists in the field, if available.
- Liste complète de vos publications1 (livres, articles, documents audiovisuels…) en joignant au maximum 3 d’entre elles parmi les plus significatives. Il est, en outre recommandé de joindre le texte de votre thèse / Complete list of your publications1 (books, articles, audiovisual documents, etc.) and copies of the most significant (maximum of 3). Moreover, it is recommended to include the text of your thesis.
- Une copie du diplôme requis pour concourir / A copy of the degree required to apply for competition.
Vous pouvez transmettre ces pièces / These documents may be sent:
- en ligne avec le formulaire de candidature / On line with the electronic application form;
- par envoi postal au CNRS d'un CD-Rom (fichiers au format .pdf, .rtf, .jpg) ou de documents au format papier, en cas d'impossibilité de fournir des documents électroniques / by mailing to the CNRS a CD-Rom, or paper versions if impossible to furnish electronic versions.
2. RECOMMANDATIONS /HELPFUL HINTS
- Indiquez sur chacune des pièces vos nom, prénom et n° de concours / Make sure to include your last name, first name and competition number on each document.
- Signalez tout changement d’adresse / Call attention to any change of address.
- Toute pièce arrivée hors délai ne sera pas versée au dossier / Any document arriving after the deadline will not be included with the application materials.

Conditions requises pour concourir Required conditions to enter the competitive entry process
Pour être admis à concourir pour l’accès au grade de chargé de recherche de 2ème classe, vous devez être titulaire de l’un des diplômes suivants / In order to submit an application to the competition "chargé de recherche de 2ème classe", you must hold one of the following degrees:
- doctorat prévu à l’article L 612 7 du code de l’éducation - doctorat d’Etat ou de 3ème cycle
- diplôme de docteur ingénieur
- diplôme d’études et de recherche en sciences odontologiques (DERSO) - diplôme d’études et de recherche en biologie humaine (DERBH)
- titre universitaire étranger / Foreign academic qualification
ou justifier de travaux scientifiques jugés équivalents aux diplômes ci-dessus par l’instance d’évaluation compétente de l’établissement / or be able to justify scientific accomplishments which are considered as equivalent as the conditions specified by the competent CNRS authorities.
Si vous ne possédez pas la nationalité française, vous pouvez être recruté en qualité de CR2 / If you do not have French citizenship, you are eligible nonetheless to hold the position of associate scientist.

Aucune condition d’âge ni de nationalité n’est requise pour accéder au concours de CR2 / There is neither age limit nor citizenship condition for recruitment as associate scientist 2nd class.
