Résumé:
L'auteur envisage des problèmes liés aux traitements chirurgicaux de la cataracte , il décrit les temps préopératoires en s'intéressant particulièrement au contrôle de la fonction rétinienne. La thérapeutique chirurgicale est envisagée en tenant compte des avancées techniques. L'extraction extra-capsulaire de la lentille cristallinienne par phacoémulsification est décrite.
Abstract:
The author expose the problems linked the surgical treatment of cataract. He described the different steps of surgical fact including particularly the control of retina function. The surgical therapy is the only tool of treatment especially with the new high technology technique as well as the extra capsular extraction of the crystalline using a new technique phacoemulsifaction.
