In this work we focus on the recovery of lipids from

aqueous extracts of microalgae. Aber the culture of

Parachlorella Kessleri, in starving condiVons to

enhance their lipid producVon, the micro-organisms

were ground and the resulVng mixture were

centrifuged to extract aqueous fracVons containing

a large quanVty of dispersed lipids.

Impact of the shear rate on the membrane performances (MM: model mixture, RM: model mixture) Higher flux of dynamic filtraVon compared to cross flow filtraVon using the model mixture The membrane filtraVon allows the concentraVon of lipids from the aqueous extracts. The dynamic filtraVon offers interesVng flux. The model mixtures allows the predicVon of the fouling with concentrated extracts. The retenVon of the other compounds will depend on the cell disrupVon condiVons: this will be deepened in a future study (PhD Shuli LIU). The membrane modificaVon through hydrophilisaVon or fouling will be characterised through inovaVve technics in a futrure work (post-doctoral study, collaboraVon with ISCR Rennes and INRA Nantes.
